This Maha Shivratri, creative destruction happened in Dehradun
In this 3-day Spiritual Retreat, a safe space was created by Vibha Gurtu, a Spiritual coach
and healer where each participant felt secure to face their vulnerabilities and emotions
which they may have avoided to address till now.
Day 1- Destruction
The first day was of letting go of the not required anymore in life.
The activities involved the information, knowledge and understanding of the subtle body
Chakras along with balancing and energizing of each through meditation, visualization and
recitation of the beej mantras.
The identification of fears, limitations, and blockages to refrain oneself to grow and shine
was intense as well as relieving. Later, Vibha performed the Water ceremony where water was poured on each participant from the flowing rivulet. The shockingly cold water definitely made one open the eyes to look straight into the eyes of the fear and face it fearlessly.
Day 2 – Creation
The second day was of manifestation and taking the first leap toward the wishful living
along with a conscious action plan. The special attraction, the Rudra abhishek was conducted by a Shiv devotee from the group itself. Each attendee of the retreat, enhanced their experience of Maha Shivratri, by decorating the Shiv ling.
It was a magical moment. The collective energy created the high vibrations with rhythmic frequency.
Later that day, Doreen Virtue’s Universal Laws were shared along with the ways to put it to
action practically into life. The Fire ceremony was the third attraction of the retreat as here
each person was told write down the intentions and affirmations. The future vision of
oneself was to be drawn and coloured and then were offered to the agni (fire) for conscious,
realistic and mindful manifestation.

The night of Maha Shivratri was full of fun and calmness in heart. The group meditated,
danced and laughed together till 1 am. The spiritual retreat concluded with heartful sharing and promising oneself to execute free will to take the leap of faith and move towards conscious living.
A courageous retreat where the truthful essence of calmness of shiv and action of shakti
was felt, understood and executed. An amazingly peaceful and joyful experience to live in the memory.
